An independent and confidential survey of IMFG Private Clients has revealed that respondents feel more confident in their future. But we want to continue to improve. Highlights of the survey:

IMFG Client Feedback Survey

To better understand what people value in their professional relationship with us, earlier this year we commissioned an independent research firm to conduct a comprehensive survey to IMFG "Private Clients".  This was the first of this kind of survey we have conducted.
The clients surveyed were those who have joined the IMFG Private Client Service - a fully engaged ongoing advice relationship where we meet with them on a regular basis to review their financial plan. The objective is to ensure clients are achieving outcomes that are reliable as their life changes over time.
The key findings:
  • Overall Client Satisfaction 88.3% (versus industry average of 80.6%)
  • 'Net Promoter Score' of 56.4 (versus industry average of 10).
  • 85.1% intend to refer friends and family
  • Clients feel more confident of achieving their longer term goals and desired level of financial independence.

At the start of 2016, Lisette Walsh joined the IMFG team as a Private Client Specialist Adviser.
