An independent and confidential survey of IMFG Private Clients has revealed that respondents feel more confident in their future. But we want to continue to improve. Highlights of the survey:

Overall Client Satisfaction 88.3% (versus industry average of 80.6%)
'Net Promoter Score' of 56.4 (versus industry average of 10).
85.1% intend to refer friends and family
